At League Threads, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jersey or apparel item must meet the following criteria:

• Must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Must have all original tags, patches, and packaging intact.
• Must include proof of purchase or order number.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email our support team at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your jersey is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com.

Please include clear photos showing the issue. In cases of store error or damaged goods, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Custom & Personalized Jerseys

Customized jerseys featuring custom player names, specific numbers, or custom nameplates are made to order. Therefore, personalized or custom printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new size or item, or request a direct size exchange via email with our support team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error caused by League Threads. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure safe delivery.

7. Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
